Customer Success Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced candidate to come on as a Customer Success Training Support Executive, and to be with us in the long run, helping grow Servr from a start-up to the world’s leading Hospitality software company. At Servr, we are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about Servr values, technology & the hospitality Industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hotels and nurturing hotels that are already signed with Servr. You will be required to work cross-functionally, efficiently and motivated to understand the hotel’s needs and act as their first point of contact for our partners in order to drive satisfaction and further opportunities for Servr.

We are also looking for a candidate that has experience in Customer Success and Service functions and has experience working in B2B environments to build and scale our start-up.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers and ensure efficient follow-up. 
  • Provide excellent guidance from the start of signing the agreement until fully trained. 
  • Follow the timeline provided step by step. 
  • Conduct training with the new hotels. 
  • Nurture and build relationships with the properties that are partnered with Servr. 
  • Report to the Customer Success Manager and IntegateX Success Manager for any new updates. 
  • Update the task management software efficiently and in a timely manner 
  • Recommend reliable solutions to the management.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with the senior leadership team & able to perform under dynamic working conditions.
  • Understanding of hotel industry is a plus 
  • Open-minded, collaborative, problem solver, highly goal-oriented individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Experience in working with start-ups is desirable
